Inclusion Hub: Supplier Partner Terms of Use

About Us

Jobsbank is Victoria’s leading authority on the social procurement framework policy. Our vision is to make an equitable Australia where social procurement is used to create fair, inclusive, and diverse workplaces.

We are a for purpose, not-for-profit, independent organisation that helps navigate social procurement, diversity, and inclusion. We partner with employers and government and offer tailored services that help meet diversity & inclusion and social procurement goals.

About the Inclusion Hub

Jobsbank and Refugee Talent have come together to develop the Inclusion Hub - Inclusive employment with peace of mind.

Designed to help capture candidates’ skills, experience, and aspirations, the Inclusion Hub is only accessible to employers committed to inclusive employment and referral organisations representing specific communities.

When employers provide job opportunities on the platform, they are matched with appropriate candidates. Employers can also source and screen candidates based on skills and attributes that align with their organisation’s objectives.

Referral organisations (Supplier Partners) act as intermediaries through the platform to ensure candidates and employers receive any necessary support required.

Terms of Use

As a Supplier Partner registered to the Inclusion Hub you have a responsibility to ensure fair and appropriate use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

Managing your account access

Supplier Partners are to assign an administration person (or persons) to ensure the proper use of the Inclusion Hub. Admin users will be required to add additional users (where required) or remove users who are no longer employed by your organisation or no longer requiring access to the Inclusion Hub.
