Welcome to JobsBank, Sameer Sondhi!

It is with great pleasure that we announce the newest member of the JobsBank Board, Sameer Sondhi.

As CEO of Outlook Vic, Sam is dedicated to enabling access to job opportunities for people with disabilities, to advocating for inclusive workplaces, and to the growth of successful, ethical businesses that re-invest in the communities around them.

Sam has extensive experience in domestic and international capital markets and has advised some of Australia’s largest corporations on a range of acquisitions, divestments and capital raising initiatives. He brings to the Board ten years’ experience in Investment Banking working as a Vice President in the M&A and Capital Markets groups for Credit Suisse and Citigroup, as well as five years’ experience establishing and running his own investment company focused on the Australian retail and wholesale sectors.

More recently, Sam served as Chief Operating Officer of international development NGO, Business for Development, and as the Director of Strategy & Growth for Lentara UnitingCare.

Sam brings a wealth of knowledge of social procurement and inclusive employment to the JobsBank Board, and we look forward to working with him as we develop innovative new ways to create job opportunities for all Victorians.
