Jobsbank Chair, the Hon. Wade Noonan and CEO Corinne Proske are delighted to announce two new members of the board, Jim Hilaris and Justine Moss.

Justine and Jim join Wade Noonan and current board members, Leigh Hardingham, Briar Stephens, and Sam Sondhi.

Both new members bring valuable knowledge of the growing procurement space. As Managing Director and principal consultant at Justine Moss Consulting, Justine’s extensive experience has taken her from developing small Indigenous businesses at Koori Business Network to executive management for the Australian Employment Covenant, delivering programs for Reconciliation Australia and working with Supply Nation as Head of Government Membership.

Jim Hilaris also joins Jobsbank with significant executive experience leading transformational change across community and commercial sectors.

The General Manager of Procurement and Supply Chain at Metro Trains, Jim brings a deep understanding of procurement across many industries, having held leadership positions with Cleanaway, Australia Post and NAB.

“I’m excited to be joining an organisation progressing the social procurement agenda,” Mr Hilaris said. “It’s time to bring procurement to life and ensure we’re making genuine differences that positively impact people’s lives.”

“Adopting practical solutions to achieve the best outcomes for Indigenous communities is something I’m deeply passionate about,” said Ms Moss. “I’m looking forward to helping Jobsbank continue to drive improvements in this space.”

“We’re so fortunate to have leaders of Justine and Jim’s abilities and experience joining the Board,” said Jobsbank chair, Wade Noonan.

“Jobsbank is a key part of the Social Procurement Framework and we have the skills, the passion and the knowledge to create and deliver more inclusive workplaces.”
