We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Karina Davis as the new CEO at Jobsbank.
Karina brings an impressive professional background, most notably within the education sector. Her experience trajectory has evolved from teacher to lecturer and researcher, before transitioning into educational and executive management.
At Melbourne Polytechnic, Karina led major strategic and cultural change across higher education and vocational programs. Most recently at Monash College, Karina has been leading the Education portfolio including product, e-learning and program development for clients within Australia and overseas
This experience in education and research has been successfully applied by Karina to strengthen individual, organisation and business outcomes. As a values driven leader Karina has ensured that those outcomes impact positively on the aspirations of people looking to improve their life circumstances. Such success has required highly developed capabilities to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders for mutual benefit.
In now joining a purpose driven organisation such as Jobsbank Karina can combine this rich professional background with her extensive formal qualifications for significant social benefit. Karina’s leadership will strengthen our quest to work more effectively with stakeholders to navigate inclusive workplaces and create positive social procurement outcomes for business.
