New board members join Jobsbank

Jul 23, 2024

Five people, all dressed in professional clothes, stand in front of a Jobsbank banner. There are three women and two men.

Jobsbank is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Board members. From Wednesday 17 July, Daniel Findley and Emilie van de Graaff (GAICD) joined our Board team.

Daniel is the CEO of Outlook Australia. He has over 25 years of experience in leading performance- and outcome-based not-for-profit organisations and driving growth as a board director and senior leader, including as CEO at Sparkways, West Arnhem Regional Council, Masonic Care Tasmania and Chairman at CouncilBiz. He is also currently a Non-Executive Director at Helm Youth Services, where he is Chair of the Social Enterprise and Growth Board Committee.

Emilie is the Managing Director of Elleeva Associates and is passionate about creating sustainable, inclusive, and accessible solutions for people and communities. Her extensive leadership experience has centred on the transport and mobility sector, including as the current Vice President of the Bicycle Network Board and past roles at Yarra Trams and Transdev Australasia.

Emilie and Daniel join other Board members Claire Ferres Miles, Sameer Sondhi, and Jim Hilaris.

We welcome both Emilie and Daniel and we look forward to them bringing their experience, expertise and drive to our work.
